Charismatic yes for sure but comes across as a bit insecure going on about having just won the CL over and over and asking people not to call him arrogant.

He's always been insecure though, which isn't that compatible with charisma (or maybe it is looking at cult leaders?). He doesn't come across as self-assured to me. Sometimes I think you have a tendency to mistake arrogance and cockiness for charisma. Though they walk a fine line between them.

Anyway don't wanna talk too much about him, he is yesterday's man.

But Mourinho is definitely charismatic regardless of how he is as a person.

I think I like current Mourinho more, thought he's probably more "humble" because of his recent failures. I think he should've stayed at United till the end of that season where he was sacked.

Yes he seems to have mellowed a little for sure. He's also a very good pundit outside of management.
