Dembele always went for these extensive dribblings from midfield that led to nothing. Nico seems pretty surgical.. like Ansu with pace and strength (minus the finishing touch).

He's lovely to watch. His runs are brilliant. Finishing is still off, but that will come. His physical developement will determine where he ends up on the spectrum from very good to worldclass to Balon d' Or winner.

He's nothing like Dembele... One's biggest quality are his robust runs behind the defence... the other is the worst receiver I have ever seen.

Kvara is another slowish and not physical winger... no fuckign thanks.

Nico is an excellent counter piece to Lamine. Robust and fast... and also very economical in possession. Definitely the most exciting option on the market even if he's not worldclass.

He's a lovely player. Always goes for the run and barely wastes it.

I for one am positively surprised that Nico doesn't have that Dembele bozo gene. He's very disciplined. That being said I wouldn't be devastated if we don't get him.

I mean I am not complaining... there's just this massive questionmark in regard to his fitness.

They do what they should have done 4 years ago with Pedri... but it's definitely worrying now.
