    Penal Madrid

Yeah, I agree. Could go both ways of course, but before he proves his worth, this is really nothing to be envious about. ThwiX, sorry to hound you like this, but what makes you believe he's such a fantastic fit for RM? Im genuinely curious here.

    Penal Madrid

I lied when I claimed that being sacked at Porto was his only club merit. Apparently he's been with Castilla for a season, and he also managed to get sacked at second division Rayo after 10 matches.

Can't do no wrong? Lopetegui flopped and was fired at Porto, which coincidentally is his only real club merit. Perhaps perhaps he'll do wonders at RM, but being envious over this is yet another clear case of the grass being greener on the other side of the fence.

Cheers man - good to know that he's valued.

    Gerard Deulofeu

Well, hindsight is 20/20. His season at AC Milan in mind, I don't think it was a mistake to bring him back. I doubt anyone thought he would ever be a starter here, but perhaps he could've made his mark as a decent, cheap squad player with resale value. A gamble yes, but not a mistake in my eyes.

The RM dunce? Or you you mean his brother, Lucas?

    Thomas Delaney

Yeah, he's a solid player, no doubt. Not afraid to be a leader either. For the sake of our national side, I hope you're right.

    Thiago or Griezmann?

I don't see why they should be mutually exclusive, but I have more faith in our board eventually being able to adequately replace Suarez than them finding a better solution to our midfield woes than Thiago, so I'd go with the latter.

    Thiago Translantara

I'm really not sure if we have room in the team for someone like him, though. Messi and Coutinho will obviously be our biggest creative resources, and I doubt Ziyech would slot in with them. As a backup player, he'd most likely be too expensive - especially considering we don't really have his...

    Thomas Delaney

Name: Thomas Delaney Age: 26 (3/9 - 91) Nationality: Danish Height: 1.82 Position: CM Classic box-to-box midfielder who scores a decent amount of goals. He started his career at FCK (FC Copenhagen) where he advanced through their youth system to the senior team, where he quickly became the...

    Thiago Translantara

I know Whoscored has him as a CM, but the matches I've seen him in, he's been an outright AM. Ziyech is a fun player to watch, no doubt, but in my eyes he's much more attacking than what we currently need.

    Kalidou Koulibaly

Jesus Christ, dude, do you really, honestly believe that we'll buy both Lenglet and Koulibaly just after having renewed Umtiti?

    Antoine Griezmann

Probably just impatiently waiting for his decision, like the rest of us.

Frustrating him out of the club in a nice way. Foolproof theory, yo.

    Pep Guardiola

The best part is where he moans about not getting thrown the same farewell party as Iniesta and Buffon. What gives?! Yaya's legacy with City is at least as iconic as those two! At the end of the day, Yaya is a delusional moron and Pep is no doubt a scumbag to those he doesn't hold in favor.
