    Toni Kroos

Definitely seems like a Perez transfer to me.

    Barça's Transfers and Rumors

This. La Masia's the best academy in the world, but it doesn't always produce Messis, Iniestas and Xavis. A lot of the time, it also produces Cuencas, Tellos, Bojans, Robertos, etc. In a sense, it is overrated. Just look at the hype Sergi Roberto got. Xavi's aging and Thiago left? No problem, we...

That guy who was a god on PES 6?

    9 - Luis Suárez - v1

Well, I can see them dropping some things like no training, but I don't see them reducing the duration of the ban.
  5. darthvader7888

How many goals will Suarez score in his 1'st season ?

    inb4 he scores 43.

    Mehdi Benatia

We seem to be pretty obsessed with Marquinhos. The reason we won't get him is not the price, but because PSG won't sell at any price. I'm sure we'd sign him if PSG were willing to sell for, say, 45m.

    Mehdi Benatia

We bid 30M + Alves and then bid 40m. Both bids were rejected. I believe that's what the French media was reporting.

    Toni Kroos

Imo, this signing will hurt Bayern a lot more than it helps Madrid.

    Penal Madrid

It's a shame Ancelotti isn't dumb enough to field a Kroos-Modric-James midfield. It'd be hilarious defensively.

    Josep Maria Bartomeu

Agree. If Bartomeu leaves, his place will just be taken by whichever clown is currently occupying the vice president spot.

    Penal Madrid

Don't forget that they're selling their best player of 2014.
  12. darthvader7888

    Penal Madrid

How do you fit Modric, Kroos and James into the same midfield without it being utter shit defensively?

    Serie A 2014/2015

Now that Allegri's coaching Juve, I'm going with Roma.
  14. darthvader7888

    Mehdi Benatia

He's a really good young player, but the fact of the matter is, he is not for sale. That's why I don't want us chasing him.
  15. darthvader7888

    Toni Kroos

Yeah, I have my doubts about that too. And I especially have doubts about how Modric, Rodriguez (if they get him) and Kroos will all fit in. You have to admit though, the price they paid for him was a bargain. Even if the transfer itself (not to mention the fact that they're selling Di Maria...

    Ángel Di María

 Why are Madrid selling him? Dude was their best player this year. Oh well, their loss. He'd be a good buy for Man U, but I doubt he wants to go there, since they won't play in the CL.

    Toni Kroos

I love how everyone wanted him, but now that he's gone to RM, he's overrated

    Barça's Transfers and Rumors

Agreed. I doubt we would push out our best player of the past season to replace him with a shiny new toy, like RM are doing with Di Maria and Kroos. We can spend big, but we don't do it like Madrid.
  19. darthvader7888

    Toni Kroos

Great player, but RM are making a huge mistake selling Di Maria (their best player this year) for him. Especially if they also bring in Rodriguez. Among Modric, Kroos and Rodriguez, who's gonna defend? Guess that means Milan is better than Barcelona and a step up :coffee:

    Barça's Transfers and Rumors

I'm not sure he'd be a Thiago 2.0 under Lucho, even if another midfielder is brought in. Rafinha will get the playing time he deserves, because unlike Tito (who largely ignored an in-form Thiago in favor of an out-of-form Xavi and Cesc), Lucho selects players based on form and merit. I mean, I...
