Valencia are hammering Las Palmas 4-0 so far. Vietto just scored his second - this one from just passed the middle circle.
Edit: his third, not second... Not too shabby.
Yeah, that matches my views pretty well.
Theo has been god awful the few times I've seen him. Completely clueless in attack and nothing at all like the fans are used to from Marcelo. To think so many Barça fans raged when we didn't snap him up...
...would have a word with you about that. My brother is a huge AC Milan fan, so I used to watch a lot of their matches back in the days, and I absolutely loved Boban.
I dug Hagi as well, despite never really hitting it off at Barça. Fantastic player.
Absolutely agree on both accounts.
Oh, I know he's often caught upfield, but I think he's usually fairly dirigent when it comes to tracking back. Lately it seems he has just not bothered at all...
Yeah, that makes a lot of sense.
I've noticed him barely bothering to to track back on counters quite a few times as well, which also could be a sign that his moral is in the gutters.
What's up with this guy? He's been pretty bad most of the times I've watched him this season and was atrocious against Celta.
Just a major dip in form? Lack of support from left sided partners Kroos and Cronaldo who are both struggling as well?
Easy; Laudrup for me. He was the reason I started following Barça back then.
National affiliation aside, Stoichkov would probably be my pick.
I doubt we have many users in here who are old enough to have followed the club back then, though.
It's not as high in previous seasons, but 61,2% in La Liga and 63 in ChL (where City average 60) would suggest otherwise. Which teams out there would you classify as possession based then?
Oh I know - cramps suck big-time. However you don't curl up clutching your knee like that when you get a cramp... It's pure theatrics time and time again.
