He blocked the Luiz signing (it wouldn't have happened anyway because of PSG, but still). He definitely seems to have more power than Tata did. I really hope the Suarez signing is his signing and not the board's.

Suarez isn't that young, so he may not be around for THAT long. Deulo should get his chance sooner or later.

Mats in the league and Bravo in the CL/Copa makes a lot of sense to me.

We never had a team full of saints. Neymar isn't a saint. Alba isn't a saint. Busquets isn't a saint. Van Bommel isn't a saint. Etc. Like I've said before, Suarez doesn't need to be a saint, he just needs to stop doing dumbass things that get him banned for months. Like the bites.

Suarez doesn't put in as much defensive work as Sanchez, but he does put in defensive work. Certainly more than Neymar and Messi do. Xavi certainly needs to stop taking free kicks. Suarez and Neymar are both way better at them. The free kick pecking order will probably be Messi > Suarez >...

My guess is he'll start at RW and drift to the striker position, like Villa vs Milan. Him being one of the 2 strikers in front of Messi (the other being Neymar) in a diamond formation is also a possibility.

There goes any chance of Liverpool making the CL :lol: Alexis is better than any English player right now. If I were Liverpool, I would have taken him as part of the deal. That way, they wouldn't have needed to look for a replacement for Suarez. I have a feeling they're gonna regret not taking...
