    Memphis Depay

Not that Messi or any other attacker looked much better in these kind of games. He was disconnected from the midfield and had no one to play with. Not that he had a great day himself, but Bayern knew that all they have to do is cover him well and we are dead in attack.

    4 - Ronald Araújo

How would have ended this game without him? Much worse imo.

CL | Round 1: FC Barcelona - Bayern Munchen 0-3

Rightfully so. Made things much easier for Bayern.

CL | Round 1: FC Barcelona - Bayern Munchen 0-3

What can you expect against one of Europe's best clubs that is a well-oiled machine under club's current conditions? Deserved result.

    Philippe Coutinho

He was lively in his first 10 minutes, but slowed down to the tempo of the rest of the team after that. Classy on the ball though and a much better footballer than the other options.

    4 - Ronald Araújo

Very british against Lewandowski. Enough for a foul outside the box, but not enough for a penalty. All in all he is doing great today and I hope he keeps it up.

United losing against Young Boys in Wankdorf

Could have betted on that line-up.

CL | Round 1: FC Barcelona - Bayern Munchen 0-3

Has it ever worked out though when Barca tried to play defensive football? If Koeman doesn't want to play completely unproven players on that level he is more or less forced to play 3-5-2 as there aren't much options available, which is a pity as Bayern's backline is not that solid and should...

    Champions League

We can downplay it as he has missed his penalty badly. :boss:

    Champions League

Well, there were already some rumours that Liverpool and Barca will be after him in the winter market. Bayern apparently interested too. RBS wants 30M for him, but his price could rise if he plays a great group stage.

    Champions League

Adeyemi winning his third penalty tonight and all of them in one half lol could be a record?! RBS missing two penalties. Sevilla are lucky that it is just 0-1.

    10 - Ansu Fati

He's not on the squad list for tonight's game. Maybe he'll make it into the squad for the game against Granada.

    Trincão

Should've kept him. At least he could dribble past some players and create chances for Memphis.

CL | Round 1: FC Barcelona - Bayern Munchen 0-3

"David Alaba once told me: 'My dream is still to play in Barcelona one day." Then I said to him:' Do you want to negotiate with the president or with the insolvency administrator? "" reported Hoene?. Time to teach those Germans a lesson that Barca isn't dead yet.
  17. behindbrowneyes

    Ronald Koeman

Yeah, Luuk De Jong surely was his first option in knowledge that Griezmann will leave too.
  18. behindbrowneyes

    Ronald Koeman

Of course Koeman is pissed. They've let Messi (for known and reasonable reasons) go and loaned Griezmann back to Atletico on the last day of the transfer market with no time to get a decent replacement. Not really a fan of the French but it is just bad business from a sporting perspective if you...

CL | Round 1: FC Barcelona - Bayern Munchen 0-3

Those international breaks are annoying as fuck.
  20. behindbrowneyes

    20 - Dani Olmo

So what's the plan with him? Replacing Busquets with FDJ and playing Pedri & Olmo as CMs? Have nothing against Olmo, but don't think he'll fit in. Club should know by now that going after (expensive) players that doesn't really fit into the preferred system end up being a disappointment.
