    Barca Transfers and Rumors

Wanting an LW/striker hybrid does not mean we shouldn't go for a striker in 2026, we need both otherwise we'll have no depth again.

    Dani Rodriguez

Too bad him and Toni are injured right now when Yamal, Fati and Ferran are injured.

    Barca Transfers and Rumors

That's what I'm talking about. And considering Olmo's injuries we could play all 3 most of the time. Leao-Raphinha-Yamal behind Lewa. When Olmo is healthy Leao/Omar rotate wit Rapha, Lewa and Yamal. Plenty of minutes for everybody.

    17 - Marc Casadó

The only thing that worries me long term is his small stature and physic. We won't always play in Flick's system where he can hide the negatives very well for now.

It's more like Raphinha can't play either wing, he can play as a SS from the left or the right but he's not a winger, at least not a good one. If we get a manager who plays his wingers wide then Raphinha can't do anything at LW.

    Barca Transfers and Rumors

Your weird RW obsession is more questioning than if Leao could cover for Lewa as a 9. I'm sure he would be a lot better than Ferran, Pau and Fati as a 9, let alone as LW. Buying RW makes no sense because Flick won't start to rotate Yamal regularly even if we would buy a new RW and we have...

    Barca Transfers and Rumors

I feel Deco wants someone who can play the wing and 9, Nico and Sane can't do that while Leao and Omar could.

    Omar Marmoush

I think Leao is gaining momentum with Laporta and Deco. A bigger name, atractive playing style and you know Deco loves Portugese players. Leao could also play as a striker while Nico couldn't. TBH Leao is probably a better player when he wants to be, attitude is another thing but it wouldn't...

    Omar Marmoush

Looks interesting, a hybrid between LW and ST is perfect for us but in highlights he looks a lot more like a winger than a 9 but I didn't ever watch him. Who would you compare him to if anyone watches him?

    19 - Lamine Yamal

This injury is one of the best things that could happen. He'll get almost a month rest which he needs because Flick doesn't rotate him. It's better for him to miss a month in november than a year because of some ACL or something because a 17 year old can't play every 3 days forever. Nice the...

    21 - Frenkie de Jong

The last 2-3 years when Laporta constantly wanted him out and tried his best to force him to leave while he didn't even think about it gave me an idea yes

Lionel "The Greatest of All Time" Messi V2

Everybody wants Leo to play, from teammates to coaches to fans and to Leo himself, so why wouldn't he? Even if they are wrong and they would be better without him (doubt it), it's their decision. The same goes for other players like CR7. It's obvious he's a liability for Portugal for years but...

Lionel "The Greatest of All Time" Messi V2

I never got that either. He's enjoying himself, plays a little football with his friends, earns good money and has the experience of living in another country together with his family. And he should throw all that away because some looser on some forum imagined end of his career differently?

    21 - Frenkie de Jong

But they won't do that so what's the point constantly having the same debate? And I don't agree they should do that anyway even if I want FDJ to leave if he won't accept a salary decrease. Putting a player like FDJ on the stands for a year even if he didn't do anything wrong is risky, other...

    21 - Frenkie de Jong

Yes they did, Lenglet still does. Umtiti suprisingly changed his mind after a few years and did the club a favor, we all expected he'll wait and leave for free until he did that. OK but we saw that Barca won't do that so what's the point debating if Frenkie will accept a sale if it's obvious...

    21 - Frenkie de Jong

This Frenkie saga lasts for years, we had Lenglet and Umitit cases before and many people still don't get that you can't sell a player if he doesn't want to leave. :slap: Every few day you find users who write "we should/will sell Frenkie this summer", looks like some people never learn.

BREAKING: Barca have reached agreement with Nike

What money? Kobe is not such a big brand that it would bring any increase in sales.

One of Barto's best decisions was that contract.

BREAKING: Barca have reached agreement with Nike

Doesn't look like a good contract. Short term it doesn't even get us to 1:1, long term it's too long of a contract that will get eaten by inflation and new deals that other top clubs will get in a few years while we'll be tied with this contract. No significant renegotiations will happen in the...
