Kane won that penalty. The defender panicked- and didn't actually touch him *too* much, (enough for a pen though, yes, dont misunderstand me)- but Kane really sold it.

The animosity is mostly between ROI identified Irish people living in the North. British identified people in the North are pretty much English arse lickers (not in sport though, theres healthy rivalry there)
