I'm not talking about him running up all the game and keep up with players, he never was that kind of player. To me he was clearly fatigued and couldn't perform like when he's fresh.

If you're not still impressed by him tonight it's a good sign actually, that you expect him to be better and he has the quality. I liked his performance, scored a crucial goal and defended quite well.
