Leo will come back and we will be right back in the league. Don’t underestimate how bad the rest of the league is. I don’t think another Roma will be enough for this board to finally sack Valverde. Unfortunately I think it will take a trophyless season.

We couldn’t get a better result than 4-0 at Anfield. West Ham, Red Star Belgrade, Newcastle, Arsenal, Watford, and Huddersfield Town are the only teams that couldn’t do better than 4-0 at Anfield this year.

Just goes to show us all that a trophyless season next year is necessary for change within this club. Winning La Liga again would just keep Valverde here beyond 2020.

Barca would have 100% bottled a 4-0 aggregate anyways. 5th goal would have went in no later than after the first period of extra time for Liverpool. Would have just been an even more embarrassing result.
