Maybe in terms of CL-performance but even that is debatable (as 2014/15 and 2018/19 are very close). But he has had for shure 4 or 5 LL seasons that are certainly better and even more decisive. 2010/11 was also the goat Barca team and i would argue he has done more with a lesser team around him...

PSG is still geared towards Mbappe's speed. Anything but a team focused on passing and possession which suits Messi far more. I believe it would also suit Neymar more. Mbappe leaving to Real might not be a bad thing.
