Dani Alves on Pep
"He is a genius. I'll say it again: a genius. Pep would tell you exactly how everything was going to happen in a match before it even happened.
"For example, the game against Real Madrid in 2010, when we won 5-0. Pep told us before the match, 'Today, you're going to play like...
Yeah, no way RM don't score (they even allowed to score offside goals). They'll come second half strong and get a needed goal to put this game to bed, Atleti really lost this tie at SB
"UEFA have announced that the players will no longer miss the Champions League or Europa League final through suspension for the accumulation of yellow cards." This was in June 2014 after Alonso missed the final for RM in 2014.
Tuchel has supposedly fallen out with Dortmund board. I wouldn't mind him coaching us especially since he can lure some of those Dortmund talents here.
RM, have players like Kroos, Modric, Isco, Kova, Ascenio, Asensio, James, Morata serving their forwards. We go for the likes of Gomes, Paco, Douglas, Song, Digne, etc.
13 out of 26 players at City are at the age of 30 or over, he can hardly do anything about it. Those guys know their on borrowed time, so adjusting completely to Pep style and being let go next season isn't ideal. Some of them are on their final contracts as well and the wages is also an issue...
I don't know how hard we pushed for him, but we should've pushed harder to get his signature. I believe he joined City/Pep because he was offered more game time and it seems he can actually bench Aguero more so then either MSN.
We should've went after GJ tbh, he seems like he'll be one hell of a player.
City this season have lacked another goal scorer beside Aguero.
Aguero 9 shots 2 on target
United 3 shots 1 on target
