Have you started watching Barca games this season then? Because he was handsomely better in the previous 3 seasons under Pep. People need to keep in mind that Xavi is no spring chicken. He is 32 and counting.

If you are terribly pleased with Xavi's performances this season, then ok, he should be starting each and every game.

Not at his best this season. Should play fewer games from now on. Cesc should be starting more often than him in our classical shape.

For me the signing of Cesc was a move designed to help keep our midfield fresh throughout the season, and also provide cover for any potential injuries. I would like to see more rotation by Pep, and less 3-4-3, or Cesc/Iniesta as wingers or false 9s.
