Have you actually seen him play more than once. He not a young prospect he's very mistake prone and cannot pass the ball at Barca level. He was brought in as backup/ squad player for the b team.

I am starting to doubt barca's/Lucho's talent evaluation. Last year he thought Gumbau was better than Samper. Then he effectively choose Camara over Grimaldo for the LB spot. Now it's Martinez over Tarin. What is the method at barca these days. I would seriously like to understand Lucho decision...

Rodrigo Tarin has so much respect among his teammates to be selected as one of the captains in only his second year. Great sign of a natural born leader.

Only time will tell, but he has the perfect opportunity this season. He will be the starter for the Barca B. He still has a lot of improving to do to reach the first team, a lot.

Soo....Vilanova's promotion cost us an actual good CB with potential in Campeny. You have to earn your spot not be given opportunities because of your last name. Not a good message to other La Masia prospects. #earnit

All I know is that this guy shouldn't have been promoted.
