Pique was right, every shot goes in. Beaten near post again...

    Sergi Roberto

Wish he hadn't recovered from his injury this season. Absolute disaster.

    4 - Ronald Araújo

Bullied Carrasco, who was causing havoc in the first half.
  4. G

    Frenkie de Jong

His 4 yellow cards are worrying (and Messi's, but he doesn't tackle). We have no alternative for him in midfield if he is missing in one of the big games remaining (mainly Valencia and Atletico).

    Lionel Messi - v7

I think he knows he is wrong but is a bit embarrassed about it

    Lionel Messi - v7

I didn't have to come up with an argument on why you are wrong because you did it by yourself by mentioning the Liverpool and Madrid 2-3 later, that is why your post is nonsense. And that is why I said well done, it take something special to write all that nonsense and then contradict yourself...

    Lionel Messi - v7

"since 2015 messi has been completely unable to win an important match/tie for barcelona." Biggest load of nonsense I've read in this forum. Well done.

    Lionel Messi - v7

Exactly. If Ronaldo did what Messi did yesterday it would have been considered a decent game by his standards, you guys really need to see how bad a Ronaldo "disasterclass" performance really is.

    Clément Lenglet (loaned to Atletico)

Friendly reminder that without his stupid penalty against Cadiz we would be top already...

    Clément Lenglet (loaned to Atletico)

To be fair, the guy is cursed. It was a freak penalty. Still too weak mentally to be a starting CB.

    Lionel Messi - v7

His penalty conversion rate is around 78%, he is a good penalty taker (I think Ronaldo, who is a specialist, is around 80%). Yesterday was more about mind games, he had to chose either to go same way as first leg (which Navas guessed right but couldn't save) or go opposite side, but Navas read...

    Sergiño Dest

He is technically very good but his poor decision making shows his age. What I like most about him is his perseverance. Even if he loses a duel, he will keep trying.

    Lionel Messi - v7

Team player performance by him, absolutely vital. His threat down the middle was the reason Sevilla left so much space on the wings.

    Ousmane Dembélé

For me, more impressive than the goal was the moment he saw Pique was struggling to catch Vidal and sprinted to cover him. That moment summarizes the huge change in Dembele's attitude this season.

    Ousmane Dembélé

He has matured so much. Without having an outstanding game, he is so much more reliable now, and the percentage of correct decisions has grown dramatically. I was thinking what a difference this version of Dembele would have made in the last two seasons.

    Lionel Messi - v7

And to think so many in this forum wanted him to leave...:facepalm::facepalm: I could tell from the first 5 minutes the team would be useless without him.

    Trincão

Will never be a Barca player, shows nothing special. Hope Everton or Wolves rescue this one as well.
  18. G

    Ousmane Dembélé

There is a difference now, even if he doesn't have a great game, he is a lot more mature in his passing and decision making. The foul for the 3rd goal came after a run from him, and gave Griezmann the assist for the 4th.
  19. G

    Lionel Messi - v7

Don't want to even imagine this team without Messi... Worse than the Gaspart era team.

    Lionel Messi - v7

The biggest difference today for Messi (and Griezmann) was... Braithwaite. He needs a number 9 to drag defenders away and play 1-2s against. Have a feeling Braithwaite will be a regular starter now.
