There is a difference now, even if he doesn't have a great game, he is a lot more mature in his passing and decision making. The foul for the 3rd goal came after a run from him, and gave Griezmann the assist for the 4th.

The biggest difference today for Messi (and Griezmann) was... Braithwaite. He needs a number 9 to drag defenders away and play 1-2s against. Have a feeling Braithwaite will be a regular starter now.
