He's not sloppy. If you have watched Barca B he only had 3 bad games. His vision,passes and ball controll are all fantastic. He lacks being consistent which he can improve at.

I can see that Aleña is already better than Denis, Rafinha, Gomes and Arda (when he plays in MF). He will also be better than Roberto after one or two year for the first team and Rakitic after 3-4. Aleña just need to grow and we will finally see a midfielder maestro in RCM position again.

Munir and Sandro was promoted when they were 19 mate like Xavi, Iniesta and Busquets. Aleña is 19 now and should be ready this year or next because there is a rule here in Barca that you need to play two years for the B team.

Iniesta was good that season, but had a lot to improve at. However he became a goat under Guardiola along with Xavi. I think a world class coach with a good system can help you become a goat fast. Sergio busquets needed only two years to become that.
