I'm pretty sure the ones the players wear is a lot tighter fitting too. I know Adidas has the techfit kits that the players wear, and they're like 2 sizes smaller

That's definitely possible, but there's so many people that just don't like the sport at all. Other than cities like LA, SF, Portland, Seattle, and NY there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of interest. If the whole country was as interested as those cities then I think the sport would be...

Yea it would get more exciting for sure, but the majority of people still don't like football/soccer. People still make fun of it and think it's a sport for girly-men.

Yea you're right. I don't see the league ever becoming much bigger than it is now, especially when good American players ship off to Europe.

But then you're stuck watching mediocre teams year after year.
