    Champions League 2017/18

Crazy how people thought City was such a given considering Pep’s record against Klopp’s teams

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

Although i agree but in a game where no one else dominated, his goals is what made the difference.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

Although casuals probably leaned towards Ronaldo when it comes to the whose better between him and Messi, I think with his performances in the grand stages, analysts or so called experts might start leading that the Ronaldo way and no one can blame them. I’m a Barça fan so I’ll always side...

    Paulo Dybala

Why people calling him overrated? Based off two bad performances against REAL MADRID...? Come on.....that’s overly harsh.

    11 - Ousmane Dembélé - V1

The criticism comes with the price tag. Even if that's not the case, I still think he was the worst player on the pitch yesterday, he wasn't creating or offering much going foward and was leaving tons of space on his side by not tracking back which left Sergio Roberto exposed for most of that much.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

In 2004, Spain weren’t exactly a footballing powerhouse like they became 4 years later. Messi on Spain was never going to happen especially considering the talent Argentina had back then. Also, let’s not act as if Argentina hasn’t gone to the finals in three straight tournaments, before today...

As much as I don’t care for the guy it is very admirable how he seems to always be at the right place, right time. His positioning is insane, a true predator in the box. We love to call him ´tap-in king’ and such but at times I wish Messi could get those easy goals also. It always seems like...

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

And what if Ronaldo ends up winning both of them? I doubt any of us here would be calling him the GOAT. Agreed

    Friendlies

France lol. I still in the belief that we’ll go out in the final 16, which imo would be a colossal failure but at least it’ll mean the end of Deschamps.

    Mauro Icardi

What a travesty it would be if Sampoli ends up leaving him and Dybala off the WC squad.

CL Quarter Finals: Roma - Barca (4-4 agg.)

Good draw for us. If the favourites of each match (Madrid, City, Bayern) go through, I think we'll be in a good position to win the competition.

    11 - Ousmane Dembélé - V1

He took his goal well and the one tackle in the box was excellent. The one criticism I have with him (and this will get fixed with time), when the ball comes to him it seems like everything stops but it’s one of those things that will come to him as we continues to train with teammates and get...

CL | 1/8 Finals: FC Barcelona - Chelsea 4-1 agg.

There’s no reason at all Dembélé shouldn’t be in the starting XI.

CL | 1/8 Finals: FC Barcelona - Chelsea 4-1 agg.

For how shit Chelsea are, the way our game is plays into their strength. It's going to be a tough one for sure, I see it 2-1 with a scrappy late winner from Paulinho.

    André Gomes

I know it’s a bit of a stretch but maybe letting it all out can help him improve his performances....I know for some people letting out of all the stress et demons can benefit their mental state which Andre Gomes seems to be dealing with. Sort of makes me think, maybe that’s the reason for Messi...

    11 - Ousmane Dembélé - V1

Good performance but must remember that expectations for him are quite low based on prior performances. The play today should be the standard and hopefully there’s more to come in the next couple months or so.
