How much exactly are we paying for Martial? I have seen figures ranging from 50-80 million Euros. Even 50 million Euros sounds about 25 million Euros too much for a player who has only had 6 good months in basically the fifth best league in Europe.

That's close to 60 million Euros if you consider Navas's valuation, which is incredible for a goalkeeper in the last year of his contract.

So English journalists now saying it will 40 million Euros and Keylor Navas, which is as good as we could have hoped for really. Nobody can replace De Gea in my opinion, but at least we are getting compensated suitably.

We have overspent so much on dross that spending £35m for a teenager doesn't sound too much to us. It does to a fan of almost every other team though.

Normally a club can subsidize a players wages, but the club has committed upwords of £60m on him over the next four seasons. Even if give him away, we'd probably still need to put in at least half of that amount for the buying club and that is just not gonna happen. We're unfortunately stuck...

Boy do we have rotten luck with injuries, can't help but laugh. Players who hardly ever got injured, get injured after signing for us. This is Ander's second injury and just when he was really coming into his own.

Doesn't matter what agreement Real had with Dortmund, he will go where he wants next summer (which will probably be Real anyway). Dortmund can't do anything about it unless they get him to sign a new deal before then, which I doubt they will be able to.
