Now they're banning kids who joined La Masia legitimately, under FIFA's rules. I'm not one to believe in conspiracies or vendettas, but this seems more and more like someone has it out for Barça. If FIFA prohibit the kids from La Masia they banned as of today from playing in competitive...
Afaik Jang can be registered in the summer of 2016, I don't see why he can't. Anyway, disgusting move by FIFA (no surprise there), both ethically and in timing. In three months they will ban them from watching Barça play on tv, just wait for it.
I'm more worried about the kid not getting a chance tbh. Even attackers struggle to get any real chance in the first team, imagine how difficult it must be for a center back. Maybe the club's new "policy" regarding youth players (sell + buyback) will be good for him. We'll see in 2-3 years...
If Lucho and the board succeed in passing this guy off as the next big thing from La Masia and sell him for over 10M I will never criticise them on this forum again.
I like it. This means he'll get more minutes and now I can finally buy him on FIFA in the January transfer window. The two years of waiting in FIFA 15 sucked.
I'm happy for him, he deserves more than what he got in Barcelona. I hope he destroys the Prem, and I think he has the abilities to do so. I reckon Villa will finish quite high this season, they bought some quality players.
After a couple of years in La Masia he will surely know how to speak a little Spanish (football related at least). He's a kid, learning a new language is a lot easier at that age. He just needs to make sure he doesn't completely leave it behind and not speak it for years.
