That would still be a lot of money. Add in his salary that's around 100M in total. Maybe even more. What would be fine if he keeps up his current level for 3 years but at 34+ it's a big gamble. Might end up with us dragging an old overpaid superstar for 1-2 years, i really thought we're over...

That was always a more or less common criticism towards Lewandowski though. BuLi doesn't mean much, it's CL or bust for their season so a lot of focus on k.o. stage games there.

Every german source i've seen reports around 20M gross. What is in line with every report ever about Bayerns salary structure. If other sources quote these they may mess up net/gross because in Germany it's almost always reported gross, some other countries usually report net salaries though so...
