From 2018 Iniesta will renew every year and his salary will be according to his role in the team. I like this part, but it still begs the question as to why Puyol's contract was renewed last year until 2016.

Why buy Neymar if we have Tello. Both wingers, but one is free and from La Masia. The other is a very expensive brazilian who isn't familiar with our playing style and still has to adapt to it.

I don't know, you may be right..but I don't remember Mourinho losing so many games at the beginning of the season like he did in these last 2 seasons. Not to mention that his teams used to have a better defensive record.
