The guy is done.. How can you still find excuses for the misses he had has made? It's over.. He is waiting at Chelsea until his contract expires and then who knows who would want this guy.

It's more like, these last two seasons we haven't been performing at our best. And many people realized there had to made new changes to this team. The core players were aging. Set pieces and our defense were the weak spot. Now that we have a whole load of new and fresh players and we brought...

Thing is, we're clearly evolving. The height problem has been taken care of, and the new generation doesn't seem to have the height problem either. But I guess heights aren't everything, our most succesful era was with players like Iniesta, Xavi and Messi.. but yeah, only time will tell.
