I didn't said that..we have to wait at least another year to see what will happend with Pedro, Villa or Tello. But if we have to buy a striker, I'm pretty sure Neymar will be first on Ro$ell's list(unless Pep says otherwise).

RM is not dependent on Ronaldo(although is their best goalscorer and scored some important goals this season)..they have an atack similar to Henry-Eto'o-Messi and that's why they are first and we are second. I used to think the same until it became obvious that if Messi doesn't score, nobody else will. And I think that this Messi-dependencia(how they call it in Spain) it's bad for Barca on the long term. If only Villa wouldn't be injured or Pedro will remember how to score..

Rosell is very different from Laporta..the first is the one who insisted on Barca buying Ronaldinho(which was a good thing at the time), but he also wanted Luis Fabiano instead of Eto'o, unlike Jan. So my guess is that Ro$ell will want to buy Neymar, no matter what the new coach thinks.

It would be a good tactic in some matches if we would have a striker to drag of defenders..but if Cesc plays as a false 9 he wouldn't be able to take on players 1vs1 and he will probably remain isolated(that's exactly what happend against Sporting), while Messi/Iniesta will drift in centrally...

Like I said, Puyol will probably start as a LB and his contribution in offense is non-existent..and we don't know yet if Xavi(or Cesc for that matter) are fit to play.

In theory it sounds good, but Messi doesn't know how to play on the wings anymore, Cesc doesn't score like he used to at the beginning of the season and every time Xavi, Iniesta, Cesc and Messi were on the pitch together one of them suffered..not to mention the fact that Puyol will most likely...

It really doesn't..but I guess we will know more after tonight's training.

Cesc doesn't know how to play as a false 9..he scored those goals in the first half of the season playing as a false 10, with Messi dragging defenders and creating space for him. If it's true that Xavi has problems, then I would like something like this: -------------------VV...
