Why do people call Hummels slow ? He isn't slow at all. His top speed is nearly 32km/h. That's above average for CB at least.

In germany most transfers are already done and dusted. Only Bayern hasn't been very active yet aside from Rode and Lewa. How come in other leagues aside from germany take more time for their transfer window and even wait till the last day ?

That's how you stay at the top. You buy 1-2 Worldclass players every season instead of 5-6 goodish ones. They'll buy 1-2 genuine WC palyers in the summer and add 1-2 very young germany talents for the stands. They already got Lewandwski who's only going to get better and a Benatia or another CB...
