I mean, this is what happens when you aren't good enough to play for your team. You don't play for them.

If he wants the feeling of emotional connection he can go somewhere else where he will be a part of the team... But let me guess... He won't for a certain reason (🤑)

There are surely teams outside Europe that would take him. He is training for months now and is not injured. There could be hope yet.
