yep, ive always said that even if he scores 10 goals per season he would still be the best player there are simply because he is messi, the way he is. nothing else. the fanboys think they do good for messi by winning all the internet wars over other players by throwing his stats out ther, but simply watching him is something football has never seen before and thats what makes him so special. don't make him just another goalscorer please. i would die to see him live once. that would be simply amazing to see hime closely and how fast and quickly he actually can move and making those body fakes.

Its great because with this side of his game he will go far beyond 32/33 like most attackers. He can move into a midfield role and still give a lot to Barcelona and his national side.

He is simply the best, he is just the most talented goalscorer and passer we have ever seen. Although the stats bare this out, you don't need to see the stats to know it, just watch him play.

I agree, that's just testament to Messi's ability, that he's not just a goal scorer.

The weight he puts on his passes is perfect. When he plays a through ball, it is so perfectly placed, the reciever hardly has to move or break stride.

To watch him play and move and control the ball like he does is a joy. As well as his scoring which is good too.

Absolutely we have been grateful to watch him every weekend and to say he was brought from La Masia that is the victory for Barca.

Messi scoring 4 goals => Xavi and Iniesta doing a good job.
Xavi and Iniesta doing a good job => Spain = unstoppable.
