If he is vomiting after some physical stress than there is a problem and also a reason for lacking of energy and running. Offically we are told that is not a problem, but maybe we are not told everything.
If it happens even before matches when he is not physically stressed than nerves could be a issue, no matter his calm appearance he could be nerveous person. This is better of the two but it also needs to be taken care of as vomiting constantly no matter the reason will demage his health.
