Reading this is somewhat spooky. We were really close to losing Messi. Not the 1st time I read it, but I often forget how lucky we got back then. Thank you Lacueva and Rexach.

Having watched Messi documentary today as well I have to say I learned some new things too.

Rexach, Lacueva and Messi himslef are to be thanked. Messi liked Barca since he was kid and was intent on staying when his family doubted.

Ironic how it was worst president in last 50 years, Gaspart, that got to sign Messi.

It is quite unbeliveable that the club is doing so well in past 10 years, when you see what kind of idiots were/are in charge at the club. They have to be eternally thankful to the golden generation with Messi as the frontman.
