Messi is a lot stronger on the feet, especially given what kind of challenges he faces. Ronaldo hasn't bee dribbler for almost a decade ffs. Later's physicality is solely in his ability to out muscle defenders in the box, especially with headers. That's no small feat too, of course, but Messi is still strong as fuck + low center of gravity that makes impossible to take a ball from him, when he is already controlling it. Physics is a lot of things, not only pure brawn.

It shows alot about his day to day workout regiment and most importantly how good his diet is, that's why he remains fast, agile, with explosive power at 33.
