I'm new, sorry for my english

i would like you to answer me what do you think about this whole 'war' thing of tommorow. will it be become harder then before? lots of Sergio/ Di Maria/ Ronaldo dives, Marcelos nasty smiles when he is 'dissapointed', Mourinho macabre dances? I keep wondering about our next game pretend to look like escape from butchery; less worried about result of the game which is pretty clear to me

Pep's Barca have never failed a big game.

Only exception was 1st leg Inter, when the team was undone by a grueling schedule and the stupidest bus ride in the tumultuous history of humanity.*

The SuperCopa games for me, underline how superior this Barca are to anything that Florentino and Jose can throw at them.

We were at 10% fitness, and they still could not beat us.

If our intensity and off-the-ball movement matches that of games like the kickassico, the Wembley final, or the 1st semi last season, then Madrid can beat us only through sheer fortune, or ref aid.

People are naively fooled by Madrid's victories this season, saying that they have improved since last. But what team did they beat this season, that they failed to beat during the last?

The Patheticos, Asspanyols, Ajaxes, Lyons, Zaragozas, Racings and Zagrebs were smashed just as well during the previous season, and even the one before.

Only exception was Lyon, thanks to shocking errors from Iker, and Gonzalo.

As for us.

We have suffered a bit from experimentation, injuries, fatigue, arrogance (we are more than entitled to lots of that) and an unwillingness to spend any more energy than that deemed appropriate for each and every opponent. Just look at our games, our players rarely get into third gear. If at all. Keep also in mind that Madrid were looking better than us last season as well, just before the heroic 5-0.

:D

*Plus, no Iniesta, and additionally, a shockingly ineffectual Ibra.

BRAVO!!! You Sir are CORRECT!!

Madrid are great front runners-great at pulverising lesser teams. Madrid are a very good team-BARCA are a truly GREAT team. There is a massive difference between good and great. We will slip into a higher gear and up the intensity.

3-2 or 4-2 Barca

Clockwise

Buccaneer
massive jinxing attack going on these last few pages

May Mou let us leave the holy Bernabeu with less than 6

Look RM will have to get their goals via the flanks. If we block those routes the middle is their only way through. Both our left and right wingers will be expected to track back with intensity. Once the middle starts opening up RM will have problems. We have better strenngth in depth this year-Cuenca, Cesc, Sanchez. I just hope we go their play our best and have the little bit of luck we deserve.

Guys I'm really not liking this. Last year everyone said we'll lose and we won. This year it's the opposite. I will hunt you down dalitis if we lose!

With that said, 3-0 RM will win with a CR hattrick.

It's called a bad career move.

Well, that was always obvious but just like with Robben and Wesley, those bastards don't know what they have in Sahin.

This is the first chance Madrid has had to match (well, at least battle) the talent and fluidity of Barca's midfield for the first time in years but of course Mourinho is not courageous enough to come out with a midfield of Alonso, Sahin and Ozil.

If Sahin understands the system well enough then there is no reason he shouldn't start. He can do everything: cover the middle, tackle, pass, control the tiempo (the only player that can hope to mimic Xavi for Madrid), create goals, score goals, spread the field and fight.

He may not be Xavi but he's the only answer to Xavi any of the top teams in Europe have at the moment, in my opinion. Oh, also Bastian S. comes to mind. He does still have to prove this but he never will unless given a proper chance.

But, what the hell do I know?

He isn't a Mourinho-type of player, that's for sure.

Bad career move, yeah. Should've stayed at Dortmund for a year more. I was great to see him finally fulfilling his FM-talent thou'.

If that happens Ronaldo and 50000 Madridstas will possibly suffer a heart attack and be carted off to hospital. Ronaldo may score one or 2 but we will reply with interest.

Visca Barca!!

Keep in mind that the 4 goals we conceded in the SuperCup were CLEARLY defensive mistakes and not some individual magic from the Real Madrid players, considering our form back then that was acceptable. If we field the best team possible it'll be hard for Madrid to break through. I am not saying we'll win or lose, that is hard to predict, this is football and anything can happen.

With their current form, Madrid are clearly the favourites for this game however I think that may be a good thing? This team always steps it up when doubted / in the big games.

Pep has basically already said that he will play 4-4-3 so the only real questions as to the line-up are Mascherano/Puyol and Villa/Sanchez/Fabregas.

I think Puyol will definitely play if fit and although Cesc has been great and Villa hasn't, he should still start.

So:

Valdes

Alves - Pique - Puyol - Abidal

Busquets

Xavi - Iniesta

Sanchez - Messi - Villa

w/Fabregas to come on for Villa if necessary.
