No I don't.
Mbappe > Dembele every day of the week.
People (other than you apparently) can't even imagine the MBappe craze there's in France. They trully believe he's the next world star player after Ronaldo, Messi, and Neymar (ordered by their age).
Now foreigner who didn't watch the french league would laugh, but in 8 months (6 months would be closer to reality in fact), what Mbappe showed is incredible. He scored a ton of goals in a very short timeframe. Originally he was a bench player, but every time he was on he did so good that he rised as a starter.
Then people said "but he has to prove he can do it outside the french league, referring to CL", and then he actually did. He did great in CL too.
People should not judge him on the first games on the new season. Kid has mixed feelings, and really want to leave Monaco, so he isn't giving it all. He isn't happy, and it's shown.

I agree that when Mbappe has his day he is unstopable but we need a winger not CF so that also has to be taken into consideration.

MBappe originally before raising to Monaco first team wasn't a pure CF. He just moved there because he scores a lot.
in a 4-3-3 he can play in all 3 positions in attack.

Barca doesn't need strikers, but wingers. Also not sure why the Dortmund vs Monaco game matters here so much. Have people forgotten that Dembélé was legitimately one of the, if not the best player on the field in both legs? But seriously though: I wouldn't spend this much money on either though, but rather sign the best u25 player available at this point.

Now with Dembele supposedly a matter of hours(the new shtick apparently) and Coutinho a matter of years away, let's go all out and create a french colony at Barcelona. Go for anyone who breaths. Lemar, Mbappe, Martial, their mothers and dogs too. They are the nation with the most promising young talent anyway. Good for the french national team also as they would be playing together more than 10 games every year. Let's create another dominant club and national team, like the Barcelona and Spain of the 2008-2012 era. Fuck Spain right now.

Exactly. He is best described as a wide forward, which I find is exactly what barca needs. Let the midfielders do their job, he won't hog the ball like neymar did, which so many people assumed was vital to our play when it is not.

They are but than we need to offload Gomes, Rafinha and Denis. And we won't offload Gomes for sure
Just look at this mess in our midfield! Iniesta, Busi, Rakitic, Roberto, Gomes, Rafinha, Arda, Denis, Samper! I mean WTF?!
And above all that we need to give Alena a chance! That's 10 players for 3 spots not to mention more than half of them are well below Barca quality.
Oh and I forgot 3 of them are something between wingers and midfielders...
