According to German Media , Barcelona Board ordered Dembele to go on strike, to force his move and lower their asking Price.

And now this happens, Dortmund is very angry and demand 150€ Million. If Dembele would have gone to Dortmund and say : Hey listen, its my dream to play for Barcelona and i would wish to go there and perhaps u will find a solution to both sides, I would be very happy. Im sure Dortmund would accept his wish
Now this kids go on strike do stupid things and everything is in Chaos

Good Job Barcelona Board

Source? Haven't seen anything like that. Most are just reporting about Watzke's comments from today, which weren't negative at all.

Dortmund is weird. They were toyally bebding over for Bayern but now a player wants to leave to a foreign club and they play hard ball.
You can bet if Bayern requested him he would go for 60m and they would be all yes sir, thanks sir.

 You like my post now, but I'm on the 4th glass of Gin & Tonic. Tomorrow, I'll be a lot less dramatic. Or not. Won't know until I wake up next day.

Im pretty sure Dembele had a verbal agreement that they will let him go to a bigger club.

Probably they didnt expect it to be a season later. They also didn't expect to Barcelona to have so much money after the Neymar deal.

Basically they have money in their eyes and are asking crazy money. I'm sensing that they are the problem more than Barcelona- surprisingly.

We don't, thanks to the idiots that run Barca (Barto + Segura + Robert). Yea, that's right, Paulinho was the deal breaker for me. These guys are now certified idiots and incompetent.

If they hire me as Barca's sporting director, or any other 10-15 people here, we can do better or at the very least as good as these guys.

Must be something to be able to make 180 turns like that. The Serghei I know would make a lot of fun of that post, probably. Where's that guy ?

no one is reporting that barca forced him.
Just speculating if barca could have forced him

Looks like we're gonna back off from Coutinho in favor of Seri so we better get Dembele. We can easily pay whatever Dortmund's asking now. 110m + 20m variables should do the trick. If they don't take that, throw in a 20m Ballon d'or/CL clause or something on top of that. Give him a 500m buyout clause, shouldn't be too difficult to get him to accept since he's a Barca fan.

We need to get Dembele. If we overpay with 20-30m. so be it. We are not in a position where we can act as if we have any leverage.

I can pay the release clause of Paulinho as a sporting director, that's no big deal, we could have sent our chief accountant to make this transfer. There wasn't any other skill involved. The skill and knowledge comes from signing the likes of Asensio for 5m, or the likes of Kovacic for 30m. Not getting 29 year old Paulinho and paying exactly as much as the chinese expect to receive, meaning you've basically been schooled by fucking Guanghzou Evergrande.

Bottom line, these idiots can't find magic bargains, like Asensio for example. They can only overpay for top rated players. That's the best deal they can make, which is better than overpaying for old players like Di Maria.

These times, overpaying for Dembele is a fool proof tactic. It's the best thing by far that some skill-less idiots can make. At least you're getting a good player, even if the price is inflated. Considering that the guy is barely 20, that's a 7 year + investment, if the idiots don't set a release clause like 180m. or some shit like that.

Pay 130m. to sign him, set him up with a 500m. release clause and let us fans have something to look forward to. Is that too much to ask? If he's not signed, apparently, it is.

The only thing that's worse than idiots acting like idiots, is idiots acting as if they're some sort of geniuses. That's when you're really fucked. Paulinho is the kind of transfer that only idiots acting like the Einstein of football can make. There's a 5% chance that Paulinho would do great. Meaning he will help us greatly for 3+ years. But the idiots think those 5% are actually more like 80%. Or the idiots think playing well for 1 out of 4 years of contract is an amazing cost/performance ratio.

Oh dear, who hacked into serghei's account?

Now we need someone to hack Jamdav and khaled

It's because Bayern saved them from bankruptcy by giving them 2 million

But still, we gave them Bartra for €8 mil..

Huh?

Dortmund lost Goetze because Bayern paid his buyout clause and Goetze wanted to join them. Nothing BVB could do. Since then, they don't let players sign low buyout clauses.
They didn't let Lewandovski join Bayern, his contract ran out the next year and he went there as a free agent.

They haven't bend to anyone. Bayern has the money and the power and a lot of players gravitate towards that. Some like Reus, don't.

Nice banter, but the real thing is that I've blamed the board plenty of times before, it's just that people were (and still are) so tense these past few months, that everyone who isn't flat out against the board, is seen as in favour of it. I wasn't openly against the board (hardly pro-board or pro-Bartomeu though) before, more in a not-involved kind of way, but I am now. I will get back into a less agressive mode if the right players are signed until the window closes.
