You don't get the desire to let Barca B players play. Clearly with statements like that you support Valverde's decision to ignore the B team completely, even in games with literally 0 consequence on our season. That's why.

You call it ignoring them, I call it getting priorities straight. This team rides on the chemistry. Finding our tactics and formations as soon as possible has ultimately lead to a great lead first half of the season. Now second half of the season Valverde can use it to let Barca B players have a go.

I find it odd how past coaches, including Tata Martino, managed to give the kids minutes in these dead games and somehow remain competitive. We don't even have to use hindsight, going into the match it was clear the kids should have played, during the match itself it was clear the kids should have played, and now looking back it's clear the kids should have played.
