...said Mourinho when he sold Salah and Der Bruyne. :D

It's tough to trust either decision when Dembouz has gotten such little game time; he hasn't really impressed at all (at least imo) in the limited time he's gotten but it wouldn't be a huge surprise if he becomes a world class player in a few years

Bouhafi (very reliable journo) confirmed on his show that Klopp is crazy about Dembele & Liverpool are looking for a loan with buy-option.

IN VIDEO - Dembélé loaned to Liverpool?

Posted on May 7, 2018 20:21 SFR SPORT

INFO SFR SPORT - Absolute fan of Ousmane Dembélé that he did not have the chance to manage at Borussia Dortmund (the player arrived a season after the departure of the German technician in 2015), Jürgen Klopp would like to count on the international Barcelona for the upcoming season in Liverpool as a loan with an option to buy. An info revealed in "Breaking Foot", the SFR SPORT football info mag.

If you click on the link there is actually a video below the article. I don't speak french but is this the same person as the journalist you quoted?

What a peculiar situation we find ourselves in as Cules. We are on the verge of a historic milestone as undefeated champs yet we still want to get rid of EV. There are really good arguments to be had either way. I'm all for keeping EV as long as we set up in CL with a more attack-minded offense! Not really sure if that is realistic, as I don't know too much about EV Bilbao career and his adaptability.

He will stay in Barca for many more years. We for sure didn’t pay 105 mil to send him on a loan. Let’s be serious here. How can anyone be so stupid to believe we’ll give a buy option to Lpool on Dembele.

Why on earth would he go to Liverpool?
And why would we accept a Loan+Buy option? for that matter.

We paid a lot of money for him and we aren't going to give up on him that quickly. and plus even if we wanted to sell him there's no way we would accept a loan+option to buy.

Was thinking about same thing, Liverpool has the best attacking trio in football right now. Why he would go there on loan?
I seen some pool fans say that Klopp would rotate more but honestly he will probably get more game time here than going on loan to Liverpool.

Seem people suggest Klopp will change to a 4-2-3-1 like at BVB so Dembélé will have a place at CAM or possibly RW with Salah playing more centrally.

Well, every deal need 3 parties to agree on it: the player, the selling club and the buying club.
I understand the deal for Lpool.they get a big talent on loan. hell yeah
For Dembele? he leaves the club he likes, a better City to live in to go to play behind the current best attacking trio, the oldest of those 3 is older than Griezmann who if he comes will be our youngest attacker (beside Dembele).
For us? Doesn't make sense either, Dembele is worth a lot for the club to allow letting go with buy option, I mean a 2 years loan if one of their attacking trio leaves could make sense as we will let him develop under Klopp and get him at the age of 23 more developed with new coach coming after EV.
All in all the whole rumor seem silly. but sillier things happens

If Liverpool lose a player and we can loan him out for a year or two without a buy option I would do it.

Klopp will shape him into a WC player. Rather that than have Valverde who possibly doesn't rate him considering these rumors, ruin him and us sell him a year later only to regret it like Chelsea did in a few years.

It seems like Barto's words were "At this moment there is no plan to loan out Dembélé, he's a bet for the future and many years".

The first part is significant as a lot will change once the management finalize their plans for the next season.

Yeah exactly.

The Liverpool attacking trio is:

1) Still very young
2) Have the best chemistry out of any attack in the world
3) All tied down to long contracts

Pretty safe to assume that Liverpool aren't going to be losing any of them or will be benching them. They also are signing Keita for midfield and by the looks of it Fekir too. Literally the top 3 places that he should avoid going all together.

Hell, he'd have a much better chance at Bayern or Juve than Liverpool lol.

Liverpool's trio are all younger than Griezmann. Salah is 25 and both Mane and Firmino are 26.
