6/10 for covering the right flank, while decently defending for his standards.. underwhelming in attack, no connection whatsoever with neither messi nor suarez nor anyone else.. it s like he is playing by himself sometimes when he attacks. As a consequence, none of his scarce brilliant efforts come from coordination with teammates but rather a run followed by a shot or a crochet followed by a shot. Today we scored some great collective goals that involved almost everyone, even pique, and he was nowhere to be seen. For the sake of the team, a better incorporation of dembele in the attacking system had better be established soon, or all those flashes of brilliance will never be enough.

No tactical analysis & score is needed when he was playing at wingback for the first time in his career.

But if are giving out scores it's a 10/10 for the effort he put in while playing in a brand new spot completely out of position.
