Cannot say much about Insigne, but Lemar I'd like more as an interior rather than a LW at Barca. If he's to play on the wing, he'd be better on the right too so he can cut in with left and be more of a goal threat although he's not too shabby with regards to that on the left.

I love Insigne but Napoli president is like a mobster to negotiate. And he´s 26. Dembelé is 20. Gives a lot more years to amortize the money.

Although, at this moment, i rate Insigne above Dembelé. In terms of potential Dembelé is second to almost none. And he already has proven a lot in his 1st year at Germany.
