Plan b then. Resign raphinha alcantra.
Not really. Just shows that he is not a twat and most likely knows move is there for him regardless as teams will pay for him.
If Leeds go down tomorrow they should be making that 25m offer to trigger his release clause by Monday evening.
Raphinha has taken a step forward, which could be definitive, and has informed Leeds United of his desire to play at Bar?a next season. His professionalism in the final stretch of the season has been left beyond any doubt and this can help negotiating his departure. [sport]
Bar?a are sure Raphinha will end up at the Camp Nou. They believe the Brazilian's price tag hasn't skyrocketed after Leeds United's survival in the Premier League. The English outfit also look to be receptive to the idea of a player entering the operation. [md]
Reports are Leeds have set a price of 55m for him. Could probably negotiate it down a bit and maybe even further by including a player. But still far from the 25m relegation clause unfortunately. Don't think he'll join.
Won't be too disappointed if he won't join tbh. Don't think he's all that good. Problem is we seemingly don't have any alternative to him. Again putting all eggs in one basket which we've already done so many times and it usually backfired as we either overpaid for the player we wanted (something we can't do now) or didn't bring anyone at all.
