11 - Raphinha

The brazilian was very much in the heat of the moment and not far from post. It's even hard to tell if he saw them, this is the only moment when he had the oportunity. He is clearly not a huge star to begin so maybe he had tunnel vision. On the other hand, Lamine had every chance to pass and was grasping at straws. I guess this makes the difference between huge players and good players. They both failed to bag an easy win in a very hard game.

Needs to pick up his performances if he wants to win Ballon d'Or.

Even if we sweep the trophies there is every chance Lamine or Pedri wins above him, especially if they continue to shine in the big games at the end of the season and he continues to not.

I feel he has gotten carried away with this whole leader role a little. The last month or so his form has dipped and he needs to just knuckle down and work hard and let the football do the talking.

Flop of the match. His form really took a dip, now in the worst time. Need killer, tireless Raphinha back.

Fortunately, Ferran and Pedri are picking up momentum.

He set up Yamal with that nice trivela long ball and should've received the tap in back. Also had the chance where he shot instead of squaring it.

So it's not like he was totally invisible, he still was involved in chances.

Besides, it wouldn't be the first time he was crap most game only to produce a winner out of nowhere. I'm not too worried tbh.

Well, not a bad idea for some key players to only play once a week until the end of the season. We need Raphinha to continue to run and press like a madman.
