11 - Raphinha

It would be impossible for any player to succeed in this role. Put Salah or Mahrez and it would look the same. He's a good player playing for a trash coach

He seems so isolated o the wing.

In Brazil squad he looks really good.

In Brazil, the main wing for penetration or creating opportunities is lw, which is where Vini operates so we see more of Vini and Neymar combination and Raphinha has to do less there or worry about making runs or crossing the ball while Vini and Neymar do most of the combination and have more defenders marking them, but in Barca the main wing for penetration is rw and Raphinha isn't a great dribbler so it's harder here. Remove Vini and Neymar from Brazil and things gets harder for Raphinha in Brazil

We need to try Rapha on position 8.

Bernando Silva also played in Monaco as a winger but later he became an elite 8.

He struggles to dribble past players, but he has got a good eye for delivery of balls into the box. A few nice assists in the season.

Jeez we have 4 wingers, 3 can't dribble to save own life and one can dribble but can't produce nothing.

Our midfield and wingers with total of 10 players will not surpass 20 goals together in whole season.

Joan Fontes on Raphinha alleged unhappiness with Xavi:

- In negotiations to sign him, he was promised he would play on the right.

- He doesn't like being told to play so close to the touchline.

- Xavi confuses him.
