He was the best player on the pitch in the first 30 minutes, very dangerous crossing and good dribbling. Fizzled out after the cooling break when he and Dembele changed wings.
Started on the right and was great. Unfortunately half the player on the left - same as Dembele. It's a minor problem.

Might be a good player, but this forum would absolutely go berserk if we paid 100M for a winger who scored 8 league goals in the Eredivisie last season. Raphinha still the better player imo, and we got him for half of what Man United will be paying.
A league which was ripped apart by the likes of Memphis Depay & Luuk de Jong.

The thing about Raphinha is that even in games he isn't shining much in attack he won't be a liability on the pitch as he runs all game long and never stops pressing and tracking back. He's also smart on the ball.
Can't say the same about most other wingers. Antony is more gifted technically, but he isn't as quick as Raphinha nor does he have his work rate or heart.

Good game. Invisible in those 15 minutes he played on the left, but looked lively on the right.

I like his tricks. You never know what he comes up with. Pass, dribble, kick etc. Very unpredictable.
I like that he's a very direct player
Could be, but I think that's just the way he dribbles to get past his defender. I can't recall any unnecessary showboating from him yesterday.
