He was good, I agree. Gave us a scare when he picked up that knock..
Still making stupid tackles though. That yellow card was completely useless. He had Pique or some other player having his back and there wasn't any danger there.

How are the rules on yellows resetting in ChL again? Is it already after the groups are done, or not until the quarters/semis?

I don't mind his tackles or yellow cards or whatever, but his positioning is still very suspect and his judgement is occasionally poor, he needs to learn to stop coming out of the defense and chase everything down, there was an instance again tonight, he ran out of position to chase down a Spartak winger (on the left flank) and in doing so left a big gap in his place which Spartak almost exploited, the problem is he didn't do anything to hinder the Spartak winger who manged to put in a perfect cross and Alba was better situated to press the Spartak player. Stop getting caught in no mans land. A great performance nonetheless.
