The first goal Dybala was between Iniesta and Pique who were lazy defensively and gave him too much room.
Second goal Pique for some reason marked the near post where Umtiti was.
Both goals on Pique far more than Masch who was shit overall.

2nd goal was far more on Mascherano, it is his job as a DM to be in that position not the CB.
But tbf we had this problem most of season long no matter who is our DM

There is absolutely no reason for Pique to be marking same area as Umtiti for that goal.
Yes there is, Higuain was making a run to the first post, Pique would have cut out a potential cross to Higuain by occupying that position. However, Mascherano was level with Dybala at 29:25 and even looked at him, while he was 5 meters behind him at 29:30, which gave him all the space in the world for that shot.
That goal is on Masche, because he did not track that run of Dybala, but simply strolled after him.

Umtiti was on Dybala Pique was in no mans land and would not have stopped a cut back to Higuain anyway.
Just as Pique was in no mans land for first goal by Dybala.

Sorry that is what I meant. So no need for Pique to be there as well. His position was terrible.
He could have positioned himself better indeed, but i think we can agree the way Mascherano tracked Dybala was garbage right?
