Lol no. He was better in the second half but very good in the first too.

Just because he didn't score or assist in first half doesn't mean he didn't intelligently help build play. Whoever said that to you (or where you read it) was being harsh on the lad's first half performance.

Perhaps he was meh in the first half of the first half, for about 20 minutes. He hardly touched the ball and then put in a few extra gears and showed he's one of the best players in the world.

To be fair, it is a game of opinions, so fair play who ever said that. In my opinion though, he was very good in first half and even better second. It seems a consensus on here too (bearing in mind this is a forum about Barcelona).

Yeah I figured you would be watching the Liverpool game. It was a highly enjoyable game and to be fair Bayern played their past in the first half too. I am not really a fan of watching games delayed (unless it's revisiting all-time classics) but I would suggest finding a download file of this and watching it.
