Neither would any other forward today and like 5 in football history

What's the point.
It’s debatable whether Lamine would even be in the squad at 17 in 2015 because it is improbable he would’ve debuted 2 years earlier in 2013 at 15 like he did in the end
In 2013 the 1st team had Alexis, Neymar, Cesc, Leo, Pedro & Cuenca…in Masia at 15, Adama would’ve probably gotten all of his minutes simply because no one could mark Traore in those categories
But to the point, even if somehow he were in the squad in 2015 with MSN how would he start over either Neymar or Leo?? NEVER
Read/view the interview, he responded to a question asking if he agreed with Piqué’s view that in their day Lamine wouldn’t have started…it’s true
The reality is that even Lamine himself would have NEVER even debuted at 15 were it not for the confluence of 4 factors:
1)
Finances: Club was in financial ruin due to how Bartomeu left the club and reinforcements to talent baren squad was impossible in the market…Xavi/Laporta had no other choice but to count on Masia
2)
Squad: We had no winger in the squad (Felix, notwithstanding) apart from Raphinha & he was injured when he debuted and truthfully team needed inspiration as did the club who were still licking their wounds from the aftermath of Bartomeu’s reign of terror.
3)
Contract: Lamine was approaching his 16th birthday and his first professional contract and there were lots of concerns about his intentions with RM hovering in light of Barça’s unstable finances, again, in a mess due to Baromeu
4)
Xavi: Not every coach is going to have the courage to play a 15 year old at the senior level when you have to win but Xavi debuted him, had his confidence and it led to him signing his first professional contract. Lamine was glowing in his appreciation for Xavi’s impact on his ascendancy
