I am pretty sure no one would play a 16 yo (15 until very recently) every game. His body is not ready for that level every 3 days. it's a one way ticket to a serious injury.

Yeah i thought about that while writing my post. He is given freedom to take shot. Credits to xavi and good that fellow players respect him. Lewandowski did moan a few games ago but probably been addressed.

he has a decent balance between going on his own and trying a critical pass or giving someone else the burden of creation . great for his age.

If a team finds themselves in our situation, they'll most likely resort to that.
So big teams try not to be in our situation by spending on quality wingers if they have none, we currently don't and also don't have enough funds so this outcome isn't strange.
