Guys it's over a month since his injury. He was supposed to be out for 3-4 weeks. He's well beyond recovery time. He played like a fully fit player would against Bayern.

I see zero reasons not to start him. He's a very good player who can help us a lot, and this is the biggest game of the season. If we signed him for 60 milion just to bench him in big games for him not to catch an injury, then this signing is a massive fuck up. But we are not forced to do that, so this signing can still turn out to be good.

Hope Flick thinks like this too. He can be subbed off later into the game, if he shows signs of fatigue.
