Indeed. Very impressive and been very good in coming off bench to help turn games round also.

Flick has got a lot off the bench this season.. from this squad supposedly far inferior to Real and everyone needing a reality check.

You're welcome
He’s hella slow no? Looked that way against Celta.

Other than that and injury prone, great technique and vision

Dude thats a historic rivalry between Jammy and Jammyrock, other users should stay out of it 🐰
Rivalry with who? 😆 🤣. Naah...never, sont intend ti do any of that!. She is scared of me, I know that,

I just enjoy pointing out the infatile reasoning and comical comments that are spread across various topics here. Its fun really reading from someone trying so hard to impress but piles up more evidences of poor knowledge of the game 😆🤣.

Top top player.

Possibly best AM in world when fit.

Good signing and made a big difference this season compared to last and for how Flick wants to play.

Areas he takes up Inter have been allowing a lot of space recently.

Absolutely fantastic player and truly in the world's top 3 players in that specific position and skillset. Gives us a lot especially against parked buses.

Having said all that, give me an offer for 80 million and I'm taking it. Sometimes you have to be proactive - I get this terrible feeling that we will never truly be able to rely on him injury wise. Given the nature of his injuries (varied, and consistent) and him never really ever having a proper season even at Leipzig - I just find it impossible to rely on him.

The argument of having him for whatever games he's available doesn't quite make sense because you don't have players of this quality in your squad in a vacuum. Him being here means he's the coache's plan A and we don't sign a replacement for him, wages, etc. So I'd rather cash in when his value is high.

Hot take that as I love this guy as a player, but sometimes you have to make decisions and not be reactive, although Barca has never shown to be such a club so I doubt that happens. If anything we only ever get stuck with players for too long than sell early.

Zero chance he is sold this summer would think even if big offers.

They will try a full rest in summer and some latest plan fitness wise.

Why would any club even offer 80m though if the consensus was his injury problems are that bad..

I reckon Flick and the medical team will work out Olmo and with a proper rest this Summer and pre-season, may be able to get a fully fit, mostly injury free, season out of him.

Olmo with Fermin on rotate would be fantastic until Fermin gets fed up and moves to a Prem team like Arsenal.

Absolutely he will get that this summer.

I don't think it will happen either, we aren't that kind of club, not proactive in general.

As for why someone might buy him, if Olmo stays fit these last few games of the season and shines, there's enough clubs out there who are infinitely more financially positive than us for whom 80m for a WC player like Olmo might be totally worth it, and of course they'd have the classic 'we can fix him' mentality..

We bought Dembele for 120...and let's not forget we paid a team 15m pounds for Vermaelen, lol.

Would not sell Dani Olmo unless he spends most of next season injured on and off as well, and then you can maybe consider it.
He's the type of player to unlock defences and bring the x-factor.

Who else is going to do that? Gavi? Casado?

Only way I'm selling Olmo is if his replacement is Wirtz and that is not possible and never happening.

If he stays fit from here on in league he has missed around 25% of games in league due to injury.

Not great but not as horrendous as made out.

That 75% is better than having Gundo whole season for example.

Pep would have loved Olmo. Would probably have splashed 50m on him had Olmo not wanted Barca and Barca Olmo. That's nothing in today's climate, even if you account for his injuries.

Especially considering how shite City turned out to be this season.

Wirtz is a fantastic player, and the fee will be fantastic too. Wonder how much Bayer will get for him in the end.
