He hasn't played big games this season and even when did he'd come off the bench when job was done

Like him as a player and rate his quality but doubt the possibility of him being deregistered changes anything in our season

He's not a regular starter and neither is Pau. Sucks, would be better if we had them espec for rotation but it is what it is. More time for Torre that means.

But it's not confirmed yet he won't play and it's up to the court. Couldn't care less what they will decide tbh

I think if he's not registered in LL, he can't play in european competitions either, because Uefa registers players based on their league registration if I'm not wrong.

Olmo is the only AM that does it.. Raphinha and Yamal can also but not taking them away from wings wouldnt think.

Flick changed the defence to close down on the threats from Sorloth as Curbasi began to struggle against Sorloth. He brought Garcia in at the same time to compensate for the loss in build up play frpm.the defence due to the Araujo's deficiencies in that aspect. Fermin was the obvious one to go out and because of that FdJ haf to be pushed forward. It was clear that approach led to some loss of control becuase FdJ is not nstusrrly an attacking midfielder. His strengths are in building uo from the back. That is why FdJ was found more at the defensive areas of the midfield most times as the secon half wore on. It is not a system thing. It was an in-game situational management. Simple!!!

How clueless can you be to think Flick believes Garcia in midfield would help with build up more than FDJ deeper.

That doesn't make sense, there are different registration rules for domestic leagues and European competitions. In other words clubs can decide to not register certain player(s) like how Chelsea left Palmer (and some other starters AFAIK) out of the Conference league group stage because they knew they didn't need him to go through against that level of competition.

We are also outside official registration window so can't really (un)register players unless they get uspended for gambling (ala Tonali) or doping but ofc that's a totally different thing than Thebes FFP shenanigans.
